Container type pipe spool fabrication system, also named container type pipe spool production line is more suitable for onsite 2D pipe spool fabrication.
- The main machines are installed in the containers, is convenient for installation and dismount.
- Raw pipe handling can be done by truck crane. from pipe cutting, pipe end beveling, pipe fitting up to pipe welding the pipe transportation can be done by movable conveyors.
- The complete system can be suitable for pipe size up to 24inch or 32inch. Cutting can be chosen from cold cutting or thermal cutting based on user’s project workload and materials. Welding methods can be multiple, such as TIG root pass, MIG root pass, MIG/ TIG/SAW fill and cap pass.
