● Automatic mode: according to the set cutting parameters, automatic cutting can be carried out, and real-time adjustments can be made to the cutting speed, saddle drop, etc. The automatic control system has functions such as manual adjustment, automatic cutting, speed compensation during the cutting process, and manual correction.
● Simulated mode: with the flame closed, each axis cooperates with the set parameters and mathematical model to verify whether the various parameter settings are reasonable.
● Manual mode: each motion axis can be independently manually or remotely adjusted, and the cutting start point and motion speed can be set separately.
Through the four-axis linkage of the cutting machine, it can meet the requirements of cutting the end of the nozzle/ connecting pipe (including flange connecting pipe) that intersects with the pressure vessel/ cylinder, with two types: saddle type (orthogonal or eccentric) and insertion type (orthogonal or eccentric).
Based on user feedback from practical applications, it is known that the efficiency of automatic cutting is four times that of manual cutting.
